Marysville Master Bath Rebuild

The owners of a newer home in Marysville were disappointed with the builder-grade products used in the master bath. A large 60” x 40” tub only held about 12” of water and was barely enough to get wet with. They also wanted to eliminate an extra wide partition wall between the shower and tub and increase the shower size. After removing the partition wall and determining where the plumbing ran we were able to reduce the wall width and increase the shower by 6 inches. Next we added an LED light in the shower to brighten things up and installed a Kohler Archer 60 x 32” tub with a Kohler high flow control valve. The new smaller dimensioned tub actually held more water. The customer retained the vanity and sinks and asked that two medicine cabinets be installed. Finally, to help keep the toes warm, a Carbonic heat mat was installed under the tile.
